These terms distinguish commissioned client work from free wallpaper downloads. A project-specific written agreement controls where it differs from this page. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or commit you to a booking.
These booking terms apply to new photoshoot bookings made under version 2026-10-12. Existing confirmed bookings keep their previously agreed terms. A separate written project agreement controls where it differs from this page.
Only pay a booking deposit after Kanyon Studio and the client have agreed the shoot date, start time, location, project scope and price by email. An inquiry, an available-looking date or a payment alone does not create an appointment for an unagreed time. Kanyon Studio confirms the reservation by email after verifying successful payment and the agreed details. A payment made for a date the studio has not agreed and cannot accept will be refunded.
A $50 USD deposit is required to reserve an agreed photoshoot date and is credited toward the final project invoice, not added to the shoot price. The deposit is charged when you pay through Stripe; it is not merely a temporary card authorization. The remaining balance and any agreed production expenses follow your written quote. This payment does not authorize recurring charges or automatic charges for the remaining balance.
The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This policy does not permit an unlawful penalty. With notice by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, the deposit may be moved once to a new date, subject to availability and written agreement. Changes with less notice, missed appointments or further rescheduling require a new written agreement; no additional charge is authorized automatically.
If unsafe weather prevents the agreed shoot, contact Kanyon Studio to agree a replacement date. If Kanyon Studio cancels and no replacement date is agreed, the deposit will be refunded. Any refund required by law remains available.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours for select photography services when specified in your quote. Next-day delivery is available only when separately agreed; it is not standard. Video, design, websites and other projects follow their agreed scope and schedule. Final image counts, retouching, production costs and deliverables are confirmed in the written quote. Unedited original files are included only when expressly agreed.
Before paying, the person booking must actively accept the linked Usage Policy & Terms, including these booking rules and the Client Media Licensing & Portfolio Use section below. If booking for a business, that person must have authority to accept on its behalf; a parent or legal guardian must book for a minor. The checkout records terms acceptance, and the terms version is attached to the payment record. Agreement does not replace any separate model, guardian, property or other permission required for a particular use. Please raise confidentiality, launch embargoes or portfolio restrictions before paying so they can be agreed in writing.

Kanyon Studio retains full copyright ownership of all original media it creates, subject to applicable law and any separate written rights agreement. Payment and delivery do not transfer copyright. Music, fonts, stock assets and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses.
Upon full settlement of the project invoice, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use, display and distribute the delivered final images and video in digital and print media to market and promote the designated property, brand or business. Permitted channels include Airbnb, VRBO, MLS, social platforms, company websites and printed marketing materials. The commissioned client may also make personal prints and share the delivered media for personal, non-commercial use.
The license is non-transferable to third-party vendors without Kanyon Studio’s prior written authorization. Resale, stock licensing and independent use by other businesses are not included. Uploading media to the permitted marketing platforms, including the technical permissions necessary for those platforms to display it for the client’s authorized marketing, is allowed; it does not grant unrelated vendors independent usage rights. Any separately licensed third-party material remains subject to its own restrictions.
For projects booked under these terms, delivery confirms Kanyon Studio’s right to showcase non-sensitive project photos and video in its professional portfolio, website, social channels and promotional materials. Agreed confidentiality obligations, launch embargoes and written portfolio restrictions take priority. An inquiry alone does not grant rights to publish a prospective client’s messages, uploads or reference material.
Copyright ownership is separate from a person’s privacy and publicity rights. Promotional use of identifiable people is subject to any legally required consent or release, including consent from a parent or legal guardian where required for a minor. These terms do not replace those permissions or grant rights a client does not have.
Kanyon Studio will never publish exact street addresses, unit numbers, personal documentation or secure access codes in its portfolio or promotional materials. Such details will be excluded, cropped or redacted, and precise location metadata will be removed before promotional publication.
These client terms apply to new bookings when provided and accepted as part of the project agreement. The applicable version will be linked or supplied with the estimate before payment. A separate written project agreement controls if it conflicts with this page. Later changes do not retroactively alter existing licenses, confidentiality obligations or agreed restrictions. Please discuss any privacy, launch-date or portfolio restriction before the shoot so it can be confirmed in writing.
The restrictions in this free-download section apply to wallpapers and other content made available for public download, not to paid client deliverables licensed above. Free downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use, such as device wallpapers, backgrounds and personal enjoyment.
Free downloadable content may not be used for advertising, marketing, merchandise, prints for sale or other commercial purposes without a separate written license. This restriction does not limit the paid client marketing license described above.
You may not use any content from this website to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Free downloadable content may not be redistributed, uploaded or made available on other websites, social platforms or file-sharing services without written permission. This restriction does not apply to authorized distribution of paid client deliverables under the license above.
Free downloadable content may not be altered, transformed or used to create derivative works without prior written consent.
If sharing a screenshot that includes a wallpaper, credit to Kanyon Studio (kanyonw.com) is appreciated but not required for personal use.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action or withdrawal of permission for future free downloads, subject to applicable law. Policy updates will be dated on this page; they do not retroactively change a previously agreed client license or project agreement.
