Made for the marketing package

Exterior, interior, aerial and context in one visit.

Brokers need the hero exterior for the LoopNet card, clean interiors for the OM, an aerial that shows access and parking, and a few frames of the neighborhood. All of it is shot in one visit and delivered the next day.

Files come back in the sizes the platforms want, plus full-resolution for print brochures and the offering memorandum, with full rights and no per-use licensing.

Vacant suites, occupied buildings and active construction are all fine. Tenants are scheduled around, and drone flights in controlled airspace are authorized in advance as part of the job.
