How it is shot

The array, the roof plane and the house from the street.

A homeowner comparing installers looks at finished work on real houses. The aerial set shows the array laid out clean on the roof plane, the conduit runs, the flashing and the street context, at an angle that reads as the house rather than a satellite view. Ground frames show the install the way a neighbor sees it.

Roofing work is shot the same way: the completed roof from above with ridge, valleys and penetrations visible, then the elevations from the street. For tear-offs and repairs, a before visit can be added so the pair is delivered together.

Every set comes back web-sized for your site, proposals and review requests, plus full-resolution for print and trade-show material. Recurring routes deliver to the same folder structure every week so your marketing team never has to ask where the photos are.

Questions

Do you need the homeowner to be present?
No. Aerials are flown from the street or a neighboring position with the customer's permission arranged by you, and ground frames are shot from public vantage points unless access is provided.
Can you fly in every San Diego neighborhood?
Parts of San Diego sit in controlled airspace that can require authorization in advance. Where it does, the authorization is handled as part of the job. Routes are planned so jobs in the same area are flown on the same day.
How fast are the photos delivered?
Next day for single jobs. Recurring routes are delivered on a set schedule to one shared folder, organized by address.
Can you shoot several jobs a week?
Yes. Recurring routes are the usual way installers and roofers keep marketing photos current, and they are quoted on volume and geography.
Are the files ready for proposals and review requests?
Yes. Web-sized files for your site, proposals and review follow-ups are delivered alongside full-resolution files for print and trade shows.
Who owns the photos?
You do. Full rights are included for your website, proposals, social, print and advertising.
