What your photography quote includes
- 35–50 edited interior, exterior and detail photographs, based on property size and features
- Professional lighting, color correction, and editing
- An MLS-ready gallery sized for the listing platforms

- Unedited originals only when agreed before the shoot
Add-ons, priced up front
- Drone aerials. Coverage is quoted using the photography rates; flights depend on location, permissions and safe conditions.
- Virtual staging — quoted by scope. Material alterations are clearly labeled; original-image delivery and publication requirements are agreed separately.
- Twilight photography. A separate dusk visit is quoted using the photography rates.
- Properties over 2,500 sq ft are a custom quote based on property size and scope.
AB 723 and edited listing photos
Unedited originals are included only when agreed before the shoot. If you plan virtual staging or other material alterations, confirm the original-image delivery and labeling workflow in your quote. What moves the price
- Property size. The flat rate covers homes up to 2,500 sq ft. A 1,200 square foot condo and a 5,000 square foot estate are different shoots, so anything over 2,500 sq ft is quoted on size and scope.
- Occupied versus staged. Cluttered homes take longer to shoot and edit cleanly. The listing prep checklist covers what to do before the shoot.
- Turnaround. Standard turnaround is 48 hours for select services. Your project's delivery timeline is confirmed in your quote. Next-day delivery may be available by prior arrangement; any rush fee and deadline are agreed before booking.
