A useful rental gallery answers a guest's questions: how the rooms connect, where everyone sleeps, what the amenities look like, and what makes the place yours.

These twelve shot roles explain the structure of a gallery. They are not a twelve-photo package: your full delivery includes 35–50 edited photographs, with coverage adapted to the property. Only amenities actually available to guests should be represented.

Send the address, square footage, room and amenity list, target date and access plan. Have the property cleaned and ready. Use our prep checklist before the visit.
We work through the agreed spaces and key details. Light styling guidance is included; major cleaning, furniture moves and full staging should be arranged beforehand.
Receive the edited gallery within 48 hours after the shoot. Choose an accurate cover and sequence the rooms clearly. Platform-ready copies accompany high-resolution files.
For multiple units, send the unit list and timing together. We confirm access, scope, schedule and billing so each property can follow a consistent visual standard. Photography helps present the space clearly; occupancy and revenue also depend on pricing, demand and the guest experience.
