Do you offer a rate for many units?
Yes. Send the property list, sizes, shared amenities, access windows and expected frequency for a quote within 24 hours. Half days start from $700* for up to 4 shoot hours; full days from $1,400* for up to 8. *Final pricing depends on scope, editing, location and production. Your official quote sets image count, standard editing, revisions, delivery, usage and approved extras.
How do you handle scheduling across many properties?
One point of contact. Send addresses and access details, get confirmed times by email, and receive one gallery per unit on the agreed timeline.
Can you invoice the company monthly?
Consolidated billing can be discussed for repeat work, but it is not automatic. Payment deadlines and any deposit arrangements must be agreed in writing before booking.
Are files ready for Zillow, Apartments.com and Airbnb?
High-resolution and web-ready files are included. Confirm the platforms and required formats before the shoot; listing and marketing usage follows your agreed quote and client terms.
Do you photograph occupied units?
Yes, with appropriate tenant notice, consent and authorized access coordinated by your team. The shoot window is confirmed together before booking.
What about vacant units with no furniture?
Vacant units can be photographed as-is. Virtual staging, if requested, is separately scoped and must not misrepresent a rental. Any originals and labeling workflow must be agreed before editing; check the publication requirements with your broker or listing platform.
