Before the photographer arrives

  • Confirm address, square footage, access instructions and shoot window privately with the photographer.
  • Clean rooms, mirrors and windows; make beds and hang fresh towels.
  • Clear counters, remove personal items and hide unnecessary cords.
  • Replace dead bulbs and make window coverings operable.
  • Prepare the actual guest amenities: patio, workspace, pool and outdoor seating.
  • Confirm drone/twilight needs in advance; do not assume every location or time is suitable.

  • Choose a strong, accurate cover photo.
  • Sequence the living areas, kitchen, sleeping spaces, bathrooms and amenities.
  • Caption important details honestly; do not imply an amenity exists if it does not.
  • Keep high-resolution originals and export copies for each platform.
  • Inspect crops so beds, windows and key features stay in frame.
  • Preview the listing on a phone and follow the platform’s current upload requirements.

  • List each product, variation, size and quantity.
  • Choose the image package and intended sales channels.
  • Identify the features customers need to see: scale, fit, material or use.
  • Share a short reference board and brand guidelines.

  • Agree shipping instructions, arrival timing and returns before sending anything.
