Yes. Bayside units are scheduled for morning when Sail Bay is calm and bright. Oceanside and pier-adjacent units are shot in late afternoon when the light comes off the water.

How fast is delivery?
The edited gallery is delivered on the agreed timeline, cropped for Airbnb and VRBO cards with the strongest frame first.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most hosts send a lockbox or smart lock code. The place should be cleaned and staged the way a guest would find it.
Do you shoot amenities and the neighborhood?
