Is VRBO photography different from Airbnb photography?
The same shoot can serve both platforms. We plan the cover image, room coverage and gallery order around your property, rather than promising one fixed sequence works for every listing.
How much does VRBO photography cost in San Diego?
The $325 standard package covers one property up to 2,500 sq. ft., with planning, photography, standard editing and digital delivery. Your official quote confirms the shot list, finished-image count, revision allowance, turnaround and usage. Larger properties, extra coverage, travel and advanced retouching are quoted separately.
How fast is delivery?
Select photography services offer 48-hour delivery. Your quote confirms the actual deadline; rush delivery is available only by prior agreement.
Do I need to be there?
You do not need to attend if authorized access is arranged in advance. Prepare the property as guests will find it; access details are coordinated privately after the shoot is agreed.
Do you shoot amenities and the neighborhood?
Yes. Agree the rooms, outdoor areas and real amenities in the shot list. Neighborhood coverage is optional and quoted separately when it adds time or travel.
Can I use the photos on VRBO, Booking.com and my own site?
Yes, when those uses are included in your agreed marketing license. Your quote and client terms define usage; copyright is not transferred by a standard shoot.
